Free initial conversation

Thirty minutes in which you get an assessment, not a presentation.

Most enquiries start from the same uncertainty: you know something needs doing, but not how large it is, what it costs, or whether it applies to you at all. Asking for a proposal before those questions are settled produces proposals you cannot compare.

The initial conversation exists to settle them. It costs nothing, takes about half an hour, and ends with an assessment you keep — including if you go on to work with someone else.

What happens in the thirty minutes

  1. 01

    You describe the situation

In your own words, with no preparation. We ask where it matters for placing the problem — systems, people involved, time pressure.

  2. 02

    We place it

What the actual problem is, which regulations or technical constraints apply, and how large the thing really is. Often smaller than feared, occasionally larger.

  3. 03

You get a recommendation for the next step

Concretely: what to do first, and whether you can do it yourselves. In many cases the answer is yes — and then we say so.

  4. 04

If it fits, we discuss working together

Only then, and only if it follows from the conversation. No closing pressure, no expiring offers.

When a conversation makes sense

  • You use AI or plan to, and do not know whether or how the EU AI Act applies to you.
  • A software project is coming up and you cannot judge whether the scope is realistic.
  • An existing system is holding you back and you do not know whether to repair or replace it.
  • A customer has sent a security or data protection questionnaire and you cannot answer half of it.
  • You want to become visible organically and suspect your current efforts are achieving nothing.
  • A technical review is due — ahead of an investment, an acquisition or a larger contract.

When it is not worth it

  • If you need a quote for a fully specified piece of work. Write to us directly — the conversation would add nothing.
  • If you need binding legal advice. We place and structure; a dependable legal assessment of your specific case needs a lawyer.
  • If you are mainly looking for a lower price on something someone else is already doing. A second quote without a substantive question wastes both sides’ time.

What happens afterwards

You receive a short written summary of the assessment — including if no engagement follows. That summary is yours and carries no conditions.

If working together makes sense, a proposal follows with a clearly bounded scope and a named outcome. What is not in it is not included.

If not, that is a legitimate outcome. We do not follow up repeatedly afterwards.

Common questions

Is the conversation genuinely free?

Yes. There is no cost and no obligation. The assessment you take away carries no conditions.

Who runs the conversation?

Leutrim Miftaraj runs these conversations personally. You are not speaking to a salesperson who has to check with someone technical afterwards.

How do I prepare?

You do not. Documents are useful if you have them to hand, but not necessary. More useful is deciding beforehand what you want to know by the end.

What if my question is outside your field?

Then we say so in the conversation and, where we can, point you somewhere better suited. Taking on work that does not fit serves neither side.

Does the conversation happen in person?

Usually by video call or phone. In person is possible where the matter calls for it — we are based in Zug and work across the German-speaking region.

How quickly can I get a slot?

Write us a short note about the subject. We come back with proposed times, usually within one working day.
