FLIORE is Innopulse’s platform for the operational side of family offices, trustee mandates and independent wealth management. The claim is in the name: an operating system, not a reporting tool. The product is in beta, is in production use, and is being extended continuously; some capabilities are still in progress — which the product site states plainly itself.
Why reporting is not the bottleneck
The family-office software market is well served when it comes to consolidation and reports. That is not where the bottleneck sits. A family office’s time goes elsewhere: maintaining mandate and ownership structures, determining and documenting beneficial owners, running periodic KYC reviews and being able to evidence them, finding the right document in the right version, tracking deadlines, and billing. In most boutique practices that work still happens in spreadsheets, mail folders and shared drives. FLIORE is built for that part — and delivers the reporting on top.
Mandates, structures and look-through
The mandate sits at the centre. A mandate binds persons, companies, trusts and foundations into a structure, and those structures link to one another. From that comes look-through consolidation: wealth is visible not only at the level of directly held positions but through the ownership layers. For structures with intermediate companies, trusts, or several entities per family, that is the difference between a number that is correct and a number that merely looks plausible. Assets, liabilities and accounts are brought together across structures and currencies.
Beneficial owners across jurisdictions
Determining beneficial owners is where cross-border mandates get demanding, because the relevant thresholds diverge by jurisdiction. FLIORE assesses each beneficial owner against the rules of their own jurisdiction — among them the EU’s 25 per cent threshold, 10 per cent in India, 5 per cent in South Africa, the Swiss regime and the US Corporate Transparency Act. Per mandate the platform shows who is disclosable, who requires enhanced due diligence as a politically exposed person, and which reviews are due. This is decision support for the responsible compliance function, not legal advice.
KYC, periodic controls and audit trail
Onboarding is the easier part; the burden lies in periodic reviews and in being able to evidence them. FLIORE brings onboarding, recurring controls and their evidence into one flow and writes a continuous audit trail. Due reviews surface per mandate rather than living in a separate deadline list that somebody has to maintain. For a supervisory or audit review the difference is material: what counts is not the control performed but the control documented.
Document vault
The document vault is encrypted, versioned and bound to the mandate. Incoming documents are mapped with AI assistance, so filing does not depend on the discipline of individuals. Client access is selectively controlled: a client sees what has been released to them, through a clean portal rather than email attachments. Encrypted messaging lives in the same place, so correspondence attaches to the mandate instead of a separate mailbox.
FLIORE AI — mandate-aware and evidence-bound
The AI assistant answers only from the data of the mandate in question and cites its sources. It is never trained on client data. Usage runs on a transparent credit system. Those three properties — mandate binding, citation, no training — are not niceties in a regulated environment; they are the condition under which an AI assistant is usable at all. The assistant is assistance, not autopilot.
Network verification and the agent trust layer
Two capabilities point at how this industry is about to work. Network verification lets a beneficial owner be verified once and, with consent, have that verification recognised across the FLIORE network — while isolation stays absolute. The agent trust layer provides AI agents acting on a mandate with a scope-bound, time-limited and fully audited mandate. Both are answers to questions the wealth industry has only just started asking.
Reports, data quality, invoicing, tax lots
Monthly reporting produces print-ready, white-label wealth reports per mandate, multilingual and in the reporting currency. So that those reports hold, FLIORE runs a data-quality reconciliation that surfaces the issues which quietly distort figures: missing FX rates, stale valuations, feed errors — ranked by severity. Invoicing covers client invoices with per-invoice VAT, flexible recipients, a Swiss QR reference and a reminder workflow. Tax-lot accounting tracks purchase lots and realized gains per position under FIFO, LIFO, HIFO or average, computed from your own trades. Bank feeds run through a provider layer with file import and, where configured, aggregators, including automatic duplicate detection.
Migration rather than a fresh start
The most common reason a better platform never gets adopted is fear of the migration. FLIORE names a concrete path: a practice on Asora, Kubera, Addepar or Altoo — or in spreadsheets — exports a CSV and FLIORE maps the columns automatically. Entities become mandates, holdings become assets. Most teams are running the same day. Which tool is the better choice in a given case depends on the mandate profile; a practice whose primary need is reporting for large institutional portfolios may be better served by a provider specialised in exactly that.
Data location, isolation and security
Database and documents sit in Switzerland, in the Zurich region. Tenant isolation is implemented at the database layer through row level security rather than in application logic alone — the harder variant, because it holds even when a filter is forgotten in application code. Two-factor authentication can be enforced org-wide. No models are trained on client data. For a product holding the wealth, structure and personal data of wealthy families, that architecture is the foundation, not a selling point.
Who FLIORE is built for
FLIORE serves single and multi family offices, trustees and trust providers, and independent asset managers — and boutique practices in particular, the ones working in spreadsheets today that need operations, compliance and consolidation in one place. FLIORE is a product of Innopulse Consulting GmbH, Zug.
